Mr. Rizzo was knowledgable, however he was not forthright about the costs and warranties. He did not provide any warranty for the service provided except his word, which is not worth much. He got my heat to work, but did not acknowledge the truth of the problem. The problem was not what he said it was. I already had a hunch what the problem was, it was a simple loose wire. I was also looking for a plumber for a major remodel. He will probably not get my business. Not upfront about fees and what was a simple service call turned into a charge of about $50 more than the going rate, a 50% upcharge for 20 minutes of work.

I was very pleased with him. He explained everything that was wrong to me, as a woman I am Clueless about the situation of my boiler. He also taught me how to operate my thermostat. From now on he is my boiler fix-it person.

Very honest and prompt. Did not recommend repairs where none were needed. Got my boiler up and running reliably.

Terrible. He did nothing but vacuum the floor of my furnace and when I mentioned that I could do that he said that he had an extra powerful Vacuum. Didn't diagnose the problem but said he'd be calling after researching what could be wrong. Never heard from him. Charged $150.00. A week later when he didn't call I called a local company and he diagnosed the problem and fixed it. My heat is great now. He also charged a lot less . I wouldn't have minded paying Sirco if they had fixed my furnace.
