Project: Inspect a Home
I was very pleased with my inspection and overall interaction with Scot from Skyline Home Inspection. Scott was quick to return my phone calls with any questions I had leading up to the inspection, and gave me a good idea of what to expect during the process. He arrived early on the day off the inspection, and got right to work taking photos of every aspect of the home. As the inspection progressed, he took time to explain what he was doing and why. Any time there were "problem areas" he did a great job of a detailing them and helping me to understand what the issue was. He was polite, courteous, and easy to interact with during the entire process. He was also incredibly thorough, checking every light, every power outlet, and noticing small things like squeaks in the floor and missing cabinet handles. Once the inspection was complete, Scott conducted and "on-site review" of the whole property on his laptop, showing both my Realtor and I areas which needed to be addressed. The next business day he sent me a very thorough and comprehensive report with pictures and explanations. Overall I was very pleased with Skyline Home Inspection, and would recommend them to a friend/use them again in the future.

Project: Inspect a Home
When he inspected the outside (roof & siding). He did not get a ladder to take a look at it. He stood from far and took pictures. Wether it is a old or new home everything should be inspected.
Response by Skyline Home Inspection, LLC: Some roofs are too high or too steep to access safely. In these situations i step away from the home and use a 16x zoom lens on my Nikon camera to take detailed photographs of the roof so conditions can be seen. This is the best option when a roof is too high to access safely.

Project: Inspect a Home
Scott was very professional with his work,he was there working before we even got there. He checked everything in the house inside, out,the roof and under the house and took pics so we could see what he was talking about.and told us about issues that could arise in the near future to watch for. I recommend him to anyone... and the price was great
