Mr. Louis, I think you have to change this. Because you know was not my fault, and the proof is you called me back after for another projects. I use another company to do your project because you wanted a big showroom cabinet and the hurricane left my friend without power for 2 weeks! We were calling you but your number is from Canada. I'm really sorry, but you were calling me from a weird number from Canada, I was calling you back, but my phone company just sent me to kind of message because my phone plan is just for United States, is a Canadian, unknown numbers look like spam!
Fernando did a great job installing my microwave and fixing my ceiling fans. He came on time, was very friendly, professional and charged me a fair price. I will call him again if I have more work to be done in the future and refer him to people I know.
To get the job he quoted a good price and started bringing in his employees but he himself was running around from job to job. He promised to be done in 3 weeks. After 2 weeks he asked for money and we agreed. He then asked for more, then more... At the end of 4 weeks he was still not done, and some work had to be re-done. He asked for more $. He then produced a list of other minor items we asked him to do, but that list also included double-billing for items he was supposed to have done from our first contract. He wanted an extra $2,600 to finish. At this point we had paid him more than he had worked for. He refused to continue. They left a horrible mess throughout the house, which we had to clean up. Some of our tools are missing. The electrical work was all working but now there are many can lights that do not work. Some of the outdoor spotlights with sensors that he installed are not connected in the attic. A lot of work from the original contract is not done but now we have to find someone else and pay again to finish and be able to move in.
HI. I am the Handyman who work for this people These very kind people that I respect a lot, they are not being fair in their story of what happened, they presented me with an original listing of the things that had to be done in the property, after passing the days they were adding and changing things. To the point that they added walls, closets, electrical outlets. They wanted in each closet to make multiple divisions of wood including pull out with rails at least 7 closets. I challenge them to show me a single fault in the electrical system, everything was working perfectly. When I got to the property I was with all the fencing hanging. I respect them a lot but do not lie about it. we were working there from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm every day with 2 or 3 people around 180 hours of labor weekly and they only wanted to pay me $1,000 a week to pay me and my group. Sorry!! I lost money and I couldn't continue with it. I just wanted them to pay me half of the Change order. look for your tools on your truck, we do not use that kind of tools from Harbor freight.
