Zach is very personable and helpful. He did a great job addressing several issues we had with our A/C system. He arrived on time and worked very efficiently. We are very pleased with all aspects of the repair from calling for an appointment to having the work completed.

Used Sobieski for installation of furnace and humidifier. Very disappointed in service and work performed. Would never use or recommend this company.

Project: Repair Natural Gas or Propane Furnace / Forced Air Heating System
This is a vendor with good technical staff and offer quality products. The initial technician assessed the problem and ordered the necessary parts. When the parts arrived, they were not the correct ones and could not be used to complete the repairs of the old furnace. We then ordered a new furnace. The new installation went very well. Upon completion of the installation, a supervisor looked at the new furnace, said it worked and left. The next day we noticed that there was no heat in the second floor rooms of our house. We called the sales representative and left a voicemail message, but he did not return our call. We called the vendor the next day and inquired about getting the problem checked out. We were told the repair person called us, but did not speak to us so no one called again or came to our home. We quickly got a call from the repair person who soon came to our home. He agreed that there was a problem and bled the system. The repair took only half an hour. We then had heat. My recommendations would be that the vendor's sales people and repair people call back when requested by a customer. That their supervisors do a walk through to verify that a new installation is complete and working. Finally, a follow up call should be made to verify that the work is complete, working well and the customer is satisfied.

Steve was great very thorough couldn't have asked more from him. I did expect that the hot water furnace would also be checked but wasn't part of the service.

I was called twice prior to them arriving to let me know their status for my appointment. In fact I was shown the cost of installing my new faucet, agreed to and signed off on that and they had started working when I was called again to say they were in my neighborhood. They removed their booties every time they went to out the truck. Efficient, thoughtful, when told I may call them for the price of a heater he states to look into a water heater at the same time for a discount.
