Entire experience was a nightmare and we're still dealing with the incompetence of their work. My home warranty sent this company out in May 2023 to fix a problem with our a/c not cooling. They told us our unit needed to be replaced(it was an old unit, so we didn't argue). We were fine paying for a brand new unit since we'd had so many issues with the old one. Nothing but issues from the start of the install. Within a couple weeks, system started not cooling again. They came and recharged it. That only worked for a week or so. We then noticed our daughter's room was very stuffy and couldn't feel any air blowing from the vent. We were pretty sure that the duct wasn't connected. We called them out again, which took weeks, and the guy went up in the attic, said he couldn't see anything amiss. The room was still stuffy and had no airflow. We ended up calling a different company to check it out. They found the duct to my daughter's room lying on the floor up in the attic. As far as the AC not cooling, Tommy and his guy installed the metering device backwards. Then we were still having issues with cooling due to the outside line to the unit not being installed and welded properly. The other company we hired were the ones to fix all the issues cause by SolaPro's. I called Tommy and advised him of all the issues we'd been experiencing since the install. I asked if we could get a partial refund since we'd spent a lot of money fixing his mistakes. He kept promising to come by and give us some money, then wouldn't show up. When I would call him again, it was always a sob story to put us off. Eventually, I gave up calling since it was obvious Tommy wasn't going to make things right. So now, I'm making sure to warn people away and hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Showed up with no tools. Didnt do the job. Tried to pawn off an ultra violet filter installation.

The correct comment should be the lead generation company gave the wrong info and we were sent to quote A new duct system does not work on anything and we do not do physical duct cleaning without killing all living organisms in the air stream.
