I AM COPYING AND PASTING COMMENTS FROM Hilda M. in Denton: 'Thanks to Kevin's thorough inspection we could see that we would be making a mistake in going ahead with the purchase. We were able to avoid risking our limited retirement funds dealing with further problems down the road.' We feel certain that had not Kevin be so quality-of-service oriented, we would have gone ahead with buying a beautiful home that unfortunately is actually a very likely money pit! Only an inspector with his thoroughness would have been so careful to detect a myriad of large to even tiny defects in workmanship and product quality which could result in not only costly but dangerous situations down the short road! It takes a lot to impress my husband and me as much as Kevin does!

He did not go over any problems before he left and that would have been very helpful. Then we could have looked at things without having to just look at the pictures on the email.

Kevin did an excellent job! He checked every aspect of the house! He was there for over 3 hours working that entire time! Very professional ! His fee was reasonable! I would highly recommend this company!

Kevin did a fine job inspecting our house, took his time, even did extra things not normally included in a home inspection. Being x-military he had high degree of professionalism. We would highly recommend Kevin for any home inspection job.
