I worked with Sam. The project took a few weeks longer to complete than initially expected, but all in all I had a great experience. The main reason things were slowed down was because sam took the time to make sure everything was completed to a high standard. The subcontractors were very skilled and the final product looks beautiful. Very happy with the customer service and my new siding! Highly recommend iris exteriors!

I had a leaky roof. I searched in Angi?s List for a contractor who would repair it. I found 3 contractors, who never got back to me. Angi?s list called me to let me know that Iris Exteriors wanted to contact me about doing the work. I spoke with Sam, and hired the company to do the work. He temporarily sealed the chimney around the roof, during pouring rain. It did the job until the roof was replaced. Sam told me there was wind and hail damage to the roof, and hail damage to the siding. He worked closely with the adjuster and insurance company to get the money to replace the roof, trim and siding. Iris Exteriors worked hard and did an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

Sam with Iris Exteriors provided a hassle-free roof replacement experience. From the initial site visit to the final walkthrough, Sam was professional and knowledgeable, making us feel extremely confident and happy with the process and final results. They did a fantastic job and completed the work in four hours and also did an excellent job with putting the gutter guards on. Also, Sam was here from the start of the project to when they completed the work.
