I contacted South Coast Building Maintenance to upholstery clean a coach, arm chair and two ottomans. My concern was urine stains and other stains that I wanted to remove. He assured me the stains will not be a problem and it will look brand new. Upon completion of upholstery cleaning I took pictures of all the stains that were not removed and sent to business owner. He indicated that there was nothing more he could do. Please contact me so that this issue is resolved and I will forward all pictures.
Response by South Coast Building Maintenance: Hi Lynn I think there was a miscommunication. I did tell you we would reservice the stains but I told you that the method we used previously would not remove the stains. There are other methods we can use that can possibly remove the stains,But one of those methods might lighten the color of the fabric. Joe was very friendly, was on time, did a great job on my living room, stairs and cleaning my light colored chair, he also has a special drying fan that he pulls around the carpets to speed up the drying process, my carpet was only slightly wet when he left and dry a couple hours later, he even stayed an extra 20 min so the machine can stay on my carpet a little longer and even gave me a can of custom carpet cleaner from there cleaning service....thank's joe for a great job. Be prepared for your phone to ring seconds after you put in your number, it scared me. And don't go with the first person talk to all three, I was going to go with the first one but when I told him I was going with someone else he got rude and called me stupid and ignorant. So glad I didn't fall for his nice attitude in the beginning.

Joe gave me an estimate over the phone, and charged exactly that. No addons, or upsales as so often happens. He did as promised. We had slight issue which he came back and corrected. Joe is very personable and wants clients to be happy.
