The service was good. Had a scheduling problem for the hours but that happens sometimes. Rick was cheerful and willing to search to find the problem as it was not obvious and I could not be of specific help. He found the problem and fixed it. Goo Service

He arrived on time and did a fantastic job. All I needed was to have the curtains hung. The rods were already installed. I can't get up on anything because of my arthritis. He was very nice.

I was pleased with the work that Southern Concepts completed for me but there was a problem with when workers showed up each day with no one checking to see if they had completed work on time. It took longer to complete some of the projects because some of the workmen were not able to do some of the work so I had to pay for extra work time to have project completed by another worker. The cleanup inside the house could have been better after the job was completed.

The job was completed in a prompt manner and workers were curtious all the time. We would recommend him to anyone who needs his kind of service. My living room looks 100% better and you can't even tell we had a hole in the wall from an old window a/c unit was installed. Thank you very much

Very friendly but requires on-site supervision. Job involved re-decking a dock which they did quickly, effeciently but with one caveat, you have to check that everything is done, even the obvious. Rick had to return next day to put boards on after his crew had left. To his credit, he did so. But I still have one board that should have been replaced but as it is mostly out of sight was not. In other words, check everything before letting them leave.

Rick fixed the broken glass that had to be replaced in a window. He was polite. Also asked him about a sprinker system which he looked over and he suggested some solutions to fixing it.

Could not have had a better experience. Hired from out of state. Punctual, and helpful and cleaned up all trash. Highest recommendation possible.

He was very professional. submitting alist of the worked to be done and cost. He asked for a deposit, that was ok, I sent it and it was returned, some problem with the po box he did not start in the time I expected, however his work is good and I will continue to use his services
