I hired Bryan years ago to replace one window, then another a year or two after that. This year I had him to finish the house with the remaining 8 windows. Bryan walked me through choosing the best window for function, aesthetics, and value. I was super impressed when he was able to remove the old, install the new and carry off the old windows all in one day! The difference the windows make in my home has changed my life. The home is more quiet, easier to control the temperature and they look great. Not to mention easy to clean if I need to (tilt in sashes). I have a rebate to file on the taxes next year too that might give me a little help. Color me impressed!

Bryan helped me out so much that day he came to my house to fix my interior doors. First, he was available quickly and prompt. Second, he was knowledgeable of foundation shifting, doors and fix my doors right and quickly. Third, he gave me the best deal ever for the cost. Bryan and crew finished installing 17 windows today. Their workmanship and professionalism was impeccable. They delivered everything as promised in our contract, which is a rarity nowadays. The project, from start to finish, was timely and professional from ordering, to delivery, to installation and clean-up. We're delighted! Oh! And the windows? They're gorgeous.

Several months ago we had a single window we needed to replace. We had problems finding someone who was interested in doing one window, but Sovereign was happy to do the job, and did it very well. When we decided to replace the remainder of the windows in the house, we again got multiple bids, and Sovereign was in the same price range as the other companies offering the same product. One company that bid a thousand dollars higher, but offered a five hundred dollar discount, said that it was a very clean install of the original window we had done. Since we were happy with the work done originally and their prices were in line with their competitors, we went with Sovereign to replace the remaining eight windows. Again, the work was done well, and we were very happy with the end result.

Bryan performed the work in a very professional manner. The area was kept clean and once they started they finished ahead of schedule. All questions were answered to my satisfaction and I am very happy with the results.
