Best experience I ever had with a construction project. We had to replace tile in our basement, Fabián and his team made a great diagnosis before proving a quote and proposal for the solution. We ended expanding the project to enhance lighting, add barn doors, install furniture, repair and add dry wall and paint the entire basement to name a few. Every step of the way we were kept informed and consulted before any changes. We were involved on every decision and our project ended up being a beautiful upgrade to our home. No surprises along the way, fair and transparent process. Sparkling services provided great labor and detailed invoices for every material bought. Their services are fairly priced and they?re very competitive compared to other companies. Extremely professional team with lots of experience. Every day they left our house spotless. We just finished this project and we are already thinking what will be our next project with them!

Fabian has been our family contractor for many years, so I contacted him to do some electrical work in my flat. I needed him to install recess LED lighting and swap out many fixtures and some fans. He was great to work with, incredibly patient and professional despite a few minor challenges we faced. He had a team who did a lot of painting work - very pleased with how that job turned out as well.

We were very happy with the quality of the painting and workmanship. Also, our attic fan was making a noise. Sparkling Services stopped the noise and assessed the situation to our satisfaction; no need to replace the fan!

The work was done in a timely manner and the results are amazing. They were careful with the plants that surrounded the house and hosed them down prior to starting their work. Pricing is fair.

When I found out that Fabian does so much more than just power washing we discussed projects on a much grander scale. He is very professional and knowledgeable and courteous. Takes great pride in his work and it shows. He and his sparkling assistant, Hans, gave my sad looking little house a face lift, front and back. My deck looks brand new! Instead of good ole Aunt Agnes my house now looks like Marilyn Monroe. I'm going to call Fabian in again soon for more projects!
