Squeaky Cleaning

Hired this company twice, first for a deep cleaning at a new house. There was literally one piece of furniture in the house and they didnâ t clean under it, clearly didnâ t open drawers, etc. After alerting the company to my dissatisfaction, they didnâ t offer anything to make it right. Simultaneously I hired them to clean old house before I had guests staying, and they cancelled on me out of the blue the night before, again offering nothing to make it right. Very disappointing cleaning and customer service.

I’ve never personally done business with squeaky clean, but their employee, Melissa Salazar, I have done business with in the past. Before I moved away, Melissa was the one who cleaned my house, my mothers house, and my aunts house every week for two years. Every day she came in with a smile and energy, and sometimes even coffee. She always had funny stories to tell and at the end of cleaning I was never disappointed. She always remain very professional, and respectful. I could see through my floor like if it was my window. I don’t know how she’s that amazing but she’s good. Expect my services with squeaky clean because as long as you have, Melissa Salazar, you have three faithful customers that would like cleaning two times a week at each home. Hired Squeaky Cleaning to clean my dorm room at university ahead of an inspection. They sent over Jose and he did an incredible job. I was shocked by how different the room looked from how I had left it.
