RON WAS A GREAT PERSON VERY FRIENDLY AND TOLD YOU ALL ABOUT WHAT WAS WRONG AND HOW HE WOULD FIX IT. HE WAS JUST GREAT. I WILL BE TELLING A LOT OF PEOPLE ALL ABOUT HIM. Ron was very knowledgeable, courteous and fair. He did a great job servicing our burner and took the time to explain things to us. We were very happy with his work and his work ethic. Ron works alone and had an earlier emergency that took longer than anticipated, so he arrived later than expected. However, by the time he left, we were very pleased and felt we had found someone who took pride in his work, and was trustworthy and fair. We would definitely use Ron again and would recommend him to others.

He was fantastic! Nothing bad to say about him. He was very infomative, I appreciate being told his step by step process and it all felt very honest. I thought one thing needed to be done on my unit and he said that it didn't and that saved me hundreds of dollars. I love the guy.

Sta-Warm Heating Service is one of the best companies that I have delt with. Ron was fast, reliable, knowledgeable and inexpensive. I had a few estimates from different companies not one of them ask about my warranty to the boiler until Ron showed up and enlighten me. Turned out my boiler was still on warranty Ron saved me a large sum of money!!!!! Thanks Ron :) I will be using Ron again!!!!
