Write a ReviewVery professional, the work is very clean, the employees really shows that they really care about their work. Michael also reassures me and he is the first contractor that I found to be very trustworthy.
Stake Home renovations took care of my kitchen/bath remodel with SUCH ease. After dealing with so much non-sense from other contractors I am so happy I met SHR. They are extremely attentive to detail and communication was beyond excellent. Thank you for my beautifully renovated home.

Stake Home renovations did an amazing job renovating my makeup studio. We believed that SHR would be a good fit because they are a full service firm. They were able to source exactly the kind of materials I was looking for when it came to my brick wall and they really knew how to pay attention to detail. Now that our project is complete, I am so happy with my space. Really job well done.
I renovated my kitchen with stake home renovations. When deciding on a contractor, I got multiple bids but SHR was the most professional, and they actually called me BACK. The bid included materials costs and labor. The construction went smoothly. The workers all wore masks, everyone showed up when expected. When we were completed with the project they actually walked through everything to make sure I was happy and I definitely was.
Living in NY can be fun, but apartment hunting in this city isn't one of those things.I recently moved into a new place that needed a lot of work; I mean a LOT. Ever find yourself ready to pull your hair out when it comes to finding the right contractor? Starting with the kitchen and bathroom, finding a handyperson to change the tiles on the floor, and replacing the molded-out sheetrock, I was losing my cool. I went on many websites in an attempt to get all work done with my minimal construction knowledge. I was genuinely annoyed by all these other contractors trying to give me insane numbers and leaving me with no completion date. A friend of mine recommended Stake and gave me Michaels's contact info. He had done an excellent job for her and was honest from beginning to end. Once we met, I knew I was in good hands. We discussed material, design, pricing, and timelines. He made it affordable for me to have it all done under his constant supervision without me having to chase 15 different contractors. My kitchen and bathroom look incredible now. In New York, it's all about who you know. I'm glad I found a gem to help ease my stress to turn my place into my dream home. I highly recommend Stake to all my friends now. Rest at ease that your project is in good hands.
Hi everyone. This is our review of Stake. I learned about stake and gave them a try. We are a law firm. We had just moved into our new office. We needed to renovate (sand, plaster, prime, and paint our beautiful Madison windows on the inside (see photo), however this is was not an easy feat because the work requires contractors that understand how to work on skyscrapers because the weather and its elements do make a difference when you are on the 39 floor in the city. Their expertise was easy to understand and welcoming. They understand what paint to purchase, how may times to prime the walls, and regularly came to check up on the job. They were on time for their work always. They were fairly reasonable in price although there was a premium (as with anyone) for sensitive work like our job required. The job was completed without delay and no one complained about their presence. I would recommend them to anyone that has a straightforward renovation job or a sensitive or complicated job.
