This was the third time I have used them--first time was great. Second time was ok - but movers were slow. This last time, more issues. Major issue was with damages and not happy with responses from Craig. This was the shortest move and had the most issues. (Too small of a truck, Damage to property, movers lying about where they were and what transpired during the move.) Since no response to my last email or call to Craig, I decided to response to the review request. I doubt I will use them in the future based on this last move especially. I recommend that you take pictures before -during - and after the move. Show furniture, appliances, etc before moved, how things were packed in the truck (were blankets used, etc) and when delivered - with any possible damages.

Good customer service from beginning to end. Courteous movers who were obviously well-trained and careful. Kelton and Dan did a great job shifting multiple pieces of heavy furniture around my house and taking several heavy items to my son's house across town. It took them less time than estimated so it cost me less than I thought it might. This was a great lesson for me and my 40-year-old son - it's smarter to hire professionals, who have the strength, knowledge and skill to do the job quickly and efficiently. I will happily hire them again and recommend Starving Artists Movers to all my friends!

The company and their employers were thoughtful, thorough, and courteous. As an artist, I could definitely tell they knew what they were doing from the outset, We were very comfortable and having them move our home to a new location. We would highly recommend Starving Artists.

Truck leaked and destroyed all my paper records and several books. Overall they were very courteous and professional. They also went out of their way to satisfy my schedule. I'm confident they repaired the truck roof and something like will never happen again. I can't pause the crew enough.
