Overall the backsplash installed looks very good. After purchasing tile form the wholesaler Steve recommended we ended up increasing the scope of work to include our bathrooms. The sales associate called and spoke with Steve about this and I called later to confirm and inquire about the cost. He quoted me an extra $250 to install the tile in the bathrooms, but when all was said and done up charged to $450 with no explanation. For this reason I will not be using them again.

I hired Sterling (Steve Gibson) to install a new kitchen sink and faucet, and make some minor repairs to the cabinet area underneath the sink. Steve was excellent to work with; he always had a professional, polite attitude, returned calls promptly, and showed up on time. Steve and his son performed the work, and did an excellent job. The work itself took roughly 4 hours, which lined up with the estimate provided by Steve. The sink installation looks great, everything is in good working order, and they cleaned up all the materials, packaging, etc. and took with them. They also took the time to test everything thoroughly, and give us advice for future projects. Great job!

We had a fairly difficult backsplash installed - two contractors turned us down because of it. But Steve and his son took it on and did a wonderful job. In at 9, finished by 3.

Steve Gibson.Sterling construction did a great job on replacing the door for a reasonable price. The only thing that could have been improved was scheduling the inspection and actual repair work, Steve was particularly busy that month and it took a few follow up calls for me to line everything up for that repair job.

I notified Home Advisor for handyman to install new over the range microwave oven to replace my old one. Received call from Steve Gibson/Sterling Construction same day, described project, gave me cost estimate, & hired him for next day install. Steve & son came next day, completed install professionally, very pleased with workmanship, great customer service, will use again if necessary, & would highly recommend to others.

Easy to communicate with and schedule. Had them stain and seal an interior office door. Rating as 4 stars because the initial estimate was $100 and the end cost was $150, plus there were some smudges in the finish (minor). I would probably use Sterling Construction again.

Steve from Sterling Construction did a fantastic job replacing missing roof shingles and installing a new security light. My timeline was tight due to weather and he was super accommodating. I will most certainly hire him again for future jobs!
