steve came to my house to connect my printer to my laptop so i could print off the internet. I had the color ink but guess black ink wasn't sent to me with the printer. Steve left saying the printer was good to go and all I needed to do was buy black ink cartridge, insert it and it would work. I bought black ink, inserted it and tried to use the printer. All it does is shoot paper through the printer with no printing. I called steve. his phone is disconnected. Then i sent several emails to him. He has never replied. Am having paperwork sent to me to file small claims case against him. He's a flake.

Steve did a great job upgrading my computer from vista to windows 7. It was easy setting up an appointment and he was right on time. He went right to work and finished fast. I've had other in home repair people who dragged it out talking so they could charge more and not fix my computer. His charge for his service was really reasonable. I will be using him from now on and recommend him to others. He is professional and knows what he is doing.
