They did a very thorough job of checking the apartment for bugs. They follow up after the job is done to ensure that the problem is solved. Neil, the owner, came to my house personally. He is very professional, courteous, and prompt with response and appointments. I would recommend them.

Amazing experience...Neil spent a good half hour examining our home from top to bottom for the source of our "rodent or bird in the ceiling" issue, and when he could not find an entry point or signs of infestation, he recommended that we hold off on treatment, as it might have been a one time occurrence. And he did not charge us for his time. No doubt about it...if we ever have a pest issue of any kind in the future, we will call him first. Thank you, Neil!!!
