Called Structure Builders on short notice. Dennis came out to inspect foundation and outside wall for possible structural issues. He determined it was cosmetic and repaired while there. Dennis is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, prompt and very satisfied with the work done. I will be calling Dennis on future projects and highly recommend Structure Builders to anyone!

Structure Builders showed up on time, every day and prosecuted the work with skill and diligence. It is the first construction project I have ever been involved with that finished ahead of schedule. Denny Caruso is a consummate professional; he coordinated all of the permitting and inspections. Structure Builders delivered a seamless project.

We had hired Structure Builders to remodel our kitchen and one bathroom and add a powder room to our home. They were very professional, neat, always on time and worked with all our needs. We loved working with Denny and his team. We highly recommend them.

This company has done an incredible total renovation of my condo, kitchen, 2 baths, added washer and dryer, nothing was spared with quality materials. We did much brainstorming and we challenged each other a few times but must say Brad has taste and is a perfectionist. He has high expectations in his work and also from his subcontractors. Being from out of town, he kept me in the loop and listened to my demands. The results are remarkable as he went above and beyond. Living up north, he was very accommodating in his suggestions and help with materials, plus took care of all permits. I must add that I did my due diligence before choosing Brad Caruso and his company as he had done quite a few projects in my complex that were also very impressive. He was highly recommended. I would work with him again and would highly recommend him.

Outstanding quality of work and attention to detail. Dennis was ready to advise us whenever asked for it, but also happily accepted our design choices, even when it meant more work for them. He also took care of the permit-relatead paperwork, which was very helpful. Highly recommended!

I admit that I am a very difficult person to deal with, knowing just enough about construction and design to be dangerous...and annoying to professionals that actually know what they are doing. But Dennis and everyone at Structure Builders was more professional, courteous and tolerant of me than I could have ever hoped for. More importantly, the quality of the work from all of their people and sub-contractors was outstanding; as was their help with a draconian permitting process that included structural, electrical, plumbing, generator and gas permits. They kept me apprised of all schedule and other issues, showed up when they said they would, and fixed anything that was not perfect without hesitation. I recommend them very highly and without any reservation.
