After 23 years, my wife and I decided it was time to re-do the master bathroom. About six years ago we remodeled our kitchen and it was fraught with mis-adventures. I reached out to Brad Caruso of Structure Builders on the advice of a personal friend/contractor who was unable to do the work due to a scheduling conflict. Working with Brad was nothing but a very positive experience. He was upfront and detailed about all the expected costs. He worked out a schedule that maximized our time and he was on-site almost every day, supervising the sub-contractors and making and explaining to us any unexpected necessary changes in our plan. All the men who worked in our home were gentlemen - all sensitive to the interruption that a re-model can have on the family. They were neat, respectful, and most important, competent and talented. Any minor adjustments and follow-ups that were needed when we finished were still handled with the same degree of care and attention. With our bathroom remodel, we truly feel we that we have upgraded our home value and at the same time re-created a space that is fun, unique and elegant, all at the same time. Our project was a 40 foot covered porch with a concrete bi-level floor. Brad Caruso was great to work with. He kept me in the loop all the way through. I had the plans drawn up a couple years ago on my own and there were a couple items on the drawings that needed correction. Brad got with my architect and made the corrections happen. The tradesmen involved in the build were all professional and polite. All the inspections were passed along the way with NO ISSUES! They know how to do it right the first time. My wife was elated that the roofing matched the original roofing on the house. I was pleased that Brad handled all the details and these days, any detail could stall the process and his oversight made sure everything sailed through. Structure Builders were great to work with and I can recommend them without hesitation. I wish I had known 2 years ago when my plans were drawn up. I'm certain they would have recommended a better architect. Structure Builders are great !

Contractor is hands on. Communication is excellent. Very clean. Inspections and permits were handled with ease.

We did a complete renovation of our two bedroom two bath condo. Dennis Caruso was our contractor and he took over from the moment we moved out until we were completely moved back in. His workers were meticulous and he paid attention to our job as if he was doing his own home. Their workmanship was excellent and they were all trustworthy and nice to deal with. Called Structure Builders on short notice. Dennis came out to inspect foundation and outside wall for possible structural issues. He determined it was cosmetic and repaired while there.
