Structure Builders, LLC

We have used Structure Builders for our home remodeling. We have plans to upgrade our house and are doing so in stages. We have been working with Dennis. He is good with communication, and has been extremely helpful in advising us through this process. He is always available for questions, and to work with us along this endeavor. We are now in our second project, and will be continuing to use Structure builder for our kitchen and garage remodeling process. I highly recommend Dennis and his team for whatever remodeling needs to be done. We have also recommended him to our employer, who is now using his team to remodel the office.

Dennis Caruso was the project manager. He was personable and a pleasure to deal with. The project on our condo included the remodeling of two bathrooms and a kitchen. We were away for a good portion of time while the work was being done, but Dennis kept us informed via phone, text and pictures at all times. We had complete trust in Dennis and crew and it proved to be justified. Oscar was the primary worker (tile, framing, and other) and did a great job in all aspects, including being highly considerate and respectful to us and our neighbors. Dennis was always willing to listen to our ideas as well as express his own. Great effort was made to allow us to fully use one bathroom while the other was being remodeled. They aim to please. Structure Builders was not the lowest priced estimate nor the highest. You never know when you hire for a project, but Structure, lead by Dennis, turned out to be a win. Reliable, trustworthy, communicative and competent.

Structure Builders did a fabulous job remodeling my kitchen. They were attentive to any changes I proposed and even suggested some changes as well. Their pricing is great and affordable. Dennis Caruso would even tell me ways to save money. I was told the project would take 3 weeks and it was completed on time. They were in constant contact with me as to when they would be there and what they would be doing each day. I LOVE MY NEW KITCHEN and strongly recommend Structure Builders.

Brad Caruso layed new flooring my entire house. He did a total kitchen renovation. He was easy to talk to and offered very good advice. Structure Builders work was impeccable. I plan on hiring him again for a desired future project. I would recommend him to anyone.

Structure Builders installed impact windows and doors, remodeled a bathroom, and did some exterior wood repairs to my home. Denny was able to work within my budget to accomplish my goals with the remodel. The professionals doing the work were detail oriented and did excellent work. Work was completed within timeframes and budget. Would use this contractor again.

The scope of what I was trying to achieve needed an innovative knowledgeable professional that would be compassionate as the project proceeded. The end result was beyond my expectation.
