We had hired Structure Builders to remodel our kitchen and one bathroom and add a powder room to our home. They were very professional, neat, always on time and worked with all our needs. We loved working with Denny and his team. We highly recommend them.

They go the extra mile to get it right and have the depth of knowledge to provide solutions when any unsuspecting issues arise. This company has done an incredible total renovation of my condo, kitchen, 2 baths, added washer and dryer, nothing was spared with quality materials. We did much brainstorming and we challenged each other a few times but must say Brad has taste and is a perfectionist. He has high expectations in his work and also from his subcontractors. Being from out of town, he kept me in the loop and listened to my demands. The results are remarkable as he went above and beyond. Living up north, he was very accommodating in his suggestions and help with materials, plus took care of all permits. I must add that I did my due diligence before choosing Brad Caruso and his company as he had done quite a few projects in my complex that were also very impressive. He was highly recommended. I would work with him again and would highly recommend him.

Outstanding quality of work and attention to detail. Dennis was ready to advise us whenever asked for it, but also happily accepted our design choices, even when it meant more work for them. He also took care of the permit-relatead paperwork, which was very helpful. Highly recommended!

I admit that I am a very difficult person to deal with, knowing just enough about construction and design to be dangerous...and annoying to professionals that actually know what they are doing. But Dennis and everyone at Structure Builders was more professional, courteous and tolerant of me than I could have ever hoped for. More importantly, the quality of the work from all of their people and sub-contractors was outstanding; as was their help with a draconian permitting process that included structural, electrical, plumbing, generator and gas permits. They kept me apprised of all schedule and other issues, showed up when they said they would, and fixed anything that was not perfect without hesitation. I recommend them very highly and without any reservation.

We have used Structure Builders for our home remodeling. We have plans to upgrade our house and are doing so in stages. We have been working with Dennis. He is good with communication, and has been extremely helpful in advising us through this process. He is always available for questions, and to work with us along this endeavor. We are now in our second project, and will be continuing to use Structure builder for our kitchen and garage remodeling process. I highly recommend Dennis and his team for whatever remodeling needs to be done. We have also recommended him to our employer, who is now using his team to remodel the office.

Dennis Caruso was the project manager. He was personable and a pleasure to deal with. The project on our condo included the remodeling of two bathrooms and a kitchen. We were away for a good portion of time while the work was being done, but Dennis kept us informed via phone, text and pictures at all times. We had complete trust in Dennis and crew and it proved to be justified. Oscar was the primary worker (tile, framing, and other) and did a great job in all aspects, including being highly considerate and respectful to us and our neighbors. Dennis was always willing to listen to our ideas as well as express his own. Great effort was made to allow us to fully use one bathroom while the other was being remodeled. They aim to please. Structure Builders was not the lowest priced estimate nor the highest. You never know when you hire for a project, but Structure, lead by Dennis, turned out to be a win. Reliable, trustworthy, communicative and competent.

Structure Builders did a fabulous job remodeling my kitchen. They were attentive to any changes I proposed and even suggested some changes as well. Their pricing is great and affordable. Dennis Caruso would even tell me ways to save money. I was told the project would take 3 weeks and it was completed on time. They were in constant contact with me as to when they would be there and what they would be doing each day. I LOVE MY NEW KITCHEN and strongly recommend Structure Builders.
