Brad Caruso layed new flooring my entire house. He did a total kitchen renovation. He was easy to talk to and offered very good advice. Structure Builders work was impeccable. I plan on hiring him again for a desired future project. I would recommend him to anyone.

Structure Builders installed impact windows and doors, remodeled a bathroom, and did some exterior wood repairs to my home. Denny was able to work within my budget to accomplish my goals with the remodel. The professionals doing the work were detail oriented and did excellent work. Work was completed within timeframes and budget. Would use this contractor again.

I hired Structure Builders to do repairs on my home and I couldn't be happier! We had a balcony leak that others have tried to fix in the past but could never get right. Brad and Dennis came out and spent a lot of time trouble shooting the problem before I even hired them! They weren't the lowest bid that I got but I'm happy that I decided to go with them because the repair was done in a timely manner and was finally done right! The main guy doing the work, Oscar, was very courteous and professional. He kept the work area clean and was obviously a very skilled worker. On short notice, Brad Caruso the owner, was able to retrofit my parents' condo after an unexpected medical experience. Brad was responsive, respectful, and professional. He did a great job!

My project was somewhat groundbreaking in that it had not been done before in my 160 unit condo development, at least not in the same way I wanted it done. Brad researched and diligently pursued every aspect before the project began thus creating higher assurance that project could be brought to completion. Let me tell you that not every company would be willing even to attempt it. I was given a timeframe which was met in spite of unavoidable delays. Brad called and/or texted me almost every day over the two months of the project. There was never a time when I was out of the loop. I was on a budget and that was most kindly respected. The subs did good work and Oscar, a wonderful staff member, was perfect and creative in all endeavors, some of which were really difficult. Oscar is a master craftsman, a problem solver, and an artist. Let me add that he is also a really nice person. Speaking of really nice people, there is Brad, the GC. Very talented, he is also smart, able, energetic, and knowledgeable. He sees the big picture as well as every detail and I have to say that I think he cared as much as I do about my project.
