I hired Structure Builders to do repairs on my home and I couldn't be happier! We had a balcony leak that others have tried to fix in the past but could never get right. Brad and Dennis came out and spent a lot of time trouble shooting the problem before I even hired them! They weren't the lowest bid that I got but I'm happy that I decided to go with them because the repair was done in a timely manner and was finally done right! The main guy doing the work, Oscar, was very courteous and professional. He kept the work area clean and was obviously a very skilled worker. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and I'm so happy that I finally got my house fixed right by true professionals!! Thank you Structure Builders!!

On short notice, Brad Caruso the owner, was able to retrofit my parents' condo after an unexpected medical experience. Brad was responsive, respectful, and professional. He did a great job!

My project was somewhat groundbreaking in that it had not been done before in my 160 unit condo development, at least not in the same way I wanted it done. Brad researched and diligently pursued every aspect before the project began thus creating higher assurance that project could be brought to completion. Let me tell you that not every company would be willing even to attempt it. I was given a timeframe which was met in spite of unavoidable delays. Brad called and/or texted me almost every day over the two months of the project. There was never a time when I was out of the loop. I was on a budget and that was most kindly respected. The subs did good work and Oscar, a wonderful staff member, was perfect and creative in all endeavors, some of which were really difficult. Oscar is a master craftsman, a problem solver, and an artist. Let me add that he is also a really nice person. Speaking of really nice people, there is Brad, the GC. Very talented, he is also smart, able, energetic, and knowledgeable. He sees the big picture as well as every detail and I have to say that I think he cared as much as I do about my project. So thank you, Structure Builders. Great job!

Perfection! We now have a new, beautiful, organized, and functional kitchen, and the remodeling experience was wonderful thanks to Brad and Structure Builders. Brad is very organized and efficient. He communicates every step of the way. We knew who was coming to work and when. The workers brought in to do each job were amazingly skilled, dependable, and good quality people. The job site was kept as clean as possible, and we had minimal disruption to our everyday lives. The finished product is amazing! So glad we found such an honest and trustworthy company. They go out of their way to make sure everything is done right.

They had built successful relationships with the management office and homeowners from many quality renovations in our apartment complex. Brad Caruso, owner of Structure Builders, far surpassed our expectations as a general contractor. Since we lived out of state, our remodel was not an easy project. Brad consistently had a genuine care about the details of the job, never cutting corners or rushing to get things done. Brad's subcontractors maintained the same attitude and attention to detail and delivered quality workmanship in each of their areas. Brad had outstanding communication skills, always keeping us in the loop with pictures and videos of the progress of his team. The completed renovation was so impressive and admired by all. This is the Best Contractor I have ever worked with in 50 ty years and building 3 homes . They are Honest , Fair and meticulous about details and the Quality of their work . They did a beautiful job . . . on time and on budget . I would highly recommend Structure Builders for your building needs . They are very knowledgeable and a joy to work with . Why not do yourself a favor and get it done correctly and perfectly the first time . . . let them handle all the pesky details . These people don't walk on water ' but they are pretty close !
