I have dealt with several contractors in south Florida and Structure Builders is by far the BEST. I can't speak highly enough of Brad. His communication with us was exceptional. He supervised the sub-contractors and always kept us informed. Everything was done in a timely manner and done well. Brad would not release the sub-contractors until he was satisfied that all was done properly.

It was really nice working with Structure Builders. Brad Carusso is very professional and a good communicator. The job was done properly and on time. I used a 203K construction loan for my remodeling and Brad helped me a lot during this process, which requires some extra paperwork.

The contractor delivered everything that he promised for exterior painting of our home. Brad explained everything they were going to do up front and made sure we understood exactly what we were paying for. The quality of the work was very high. When additional work was requested (some stucco that needed patching) he quoted us a fair price and made sure the job was done right, replacing the rotted plywood and not just filling in the cracks, and even though this added time to the painting of the house, that did not cost us extra. I did a lot of research prior to selecting a contractor. My only hesitation was that I could not find one negative review. In the end we realize why there were no negative reviews and we were very glad we selected Structure Builders, LLC with everything delivered as promised. They were not the lowest bid but the extra was worth it for a hassle free experience. I would definitely hire them again for the quality of work and for it to be done right!

Had a double double door in family room replaced with an impact rated window. Worked with Brad Caruso. Can not say enough about his attention to detail and the professional workmanship by his crew. Kept the work area clean throughout the job. The job was completed sooner than expected and the finished product exceeded my expectations. Would highly recommend Structure Builders.

Denny Carusos team is professional and always on time. The work done was excellent, clean, and done on time. As a matter of fact he finished the project ahead of schedule. Most important to me was the constant open line of conversation. I always knew what to expect next.

had a lally column replaced for a flat roof outside over my pool patio. Denis Caruso did the work. The results were excellent. Neat and clean, showed up on time. I would have no problems hiring the company again.
