This company was completely responsive before they were paid. Leak fixed company paid. I had no leak but I also had no hot water or pressure. I have called and been told everyday for a week since hey would come back and fix it. It still had not been fixed and I don't get call backs!!! Very unreliable!!!!

We originally went out to replace a shower cartridge, which was done. I have contacted the plumber and he will call you today!!!! We will get this taken care of and again I'm very sorry for the delay. We have been extremely backed up due to the storm. I will make sure it gets done.

The person who gave us the estimate quit - but not before low-ball estimating a lot of jobs - ours was one of them. They removed the old bathtub and toilet. When they installed the new bathtub, they didn't do a pressure test on the system so the tile guy had to redo the wet backboard when the water was turned on. They argued with us a lot about the work - not good - we would not have them in the house again.
