Called me within 15 minutes and gave me an estimate range over the phone. Said he would arrive in a few hours. Came around 3 pm did an excelent job of removing the snow in my drive way and walk way. Also applied the ice melt. Would use him again

I left 2 voice messages 2 days in a row for this outfit for emergency snow removal from my roof because I had a serious leak into the house. Never heard back from them. I don't know if their work is any good but I do know they didn't do squat for me. I threw away the phone number and won't even consider calling them for anything.

Tryed to make contact with Edwin D. and was unable to over the phone. Went there and nobody was there. This was during the heavy snow season. We tryed

We hired Suffolks Mr. Clean for a total of 19 properties...All our case managers are very happy with his services. We hired him for snow removal. We are an agency that provides housing for residents/clients with disabilities...The need to have snow removed for them as early as possible was great as some of our clients are blind, in wheelchairs, along with various disabilities. He is very conscientious, follows up to ensure his crew is aware of all pertinent information and takes constructive feedback very well. Out of 19 properties, we only had one issue but he had the wrong house number....So honest mistake....Outstanding service!
