I was contacted by Ray and he was really very helpful, friendly and showed a wellingness to assist. We decided to have the problem done in the afternoon but I informed Ray that we have a Doctor's appointment at 2PM and he said it was no problem and will arranged for after 3PM schedule. Michael, the technician called ahead of time but we were still at the Dr's office so he said he will checked later. I called their office and informed them that we are heading home. They contacted Michael and I also called him as well. He informed that as soon as he is done with the current worked he would proceed to our home. He confirmed and was in our home to take care of replacing the thermostat. All was taken cared off and Michael left when all was running good. Michael was great and friendly. Thank you Ray and Michael! I will surely recommend them to others.

There were on time. It was hard to get the parts needed. The problem was found quickly and when the parts were found it was repaired quickly. I will use them again.

I was very impressed with this company. The service reps were professional and knowledgable. They took the time for an explanation I could understand. Did the work needed with no wasted time. It doesn't hurt that they were friendly. They also cleaned out my dryer vent. They will be mu AC company.
