    KC and his helper finished replacing my electric forced air furnace in a little over four hours the day after I contracted for the work. Timely and efficient!

    I had several small electrical projects including fixing a 3-way switch, installing a mini-can in a display nook, replacing a bath fan, and replacing a chandelier in an 18' ceiling. KC quickly came, looked over everything thoroughly, and gave me a free written estimate that was reasonable. He showed up promptly at the agreed to date/time to do the work and had all of the tools necessary to do the job properly. He was very friendly and professional in his work. Charged me exactly what he estimated. Everything looks and works great now. I would hire him again in an instant!

    KC was my electrical contractor. He completed everything I asked for, and was very good at explaining the issues and making suggestions. I had also hired him to repair my furnace but unfortunately it needs replacing. I will contact him in the future to handle that project as well. I was very pleased with his work.

    They were fast to respond and were able to order and have a new furnace to my home in less than 24 hrs and it was installed and finished with in 2.5 hrs, The errors that were built in to the system were fixed to make our new furnace work to it best ability.Thank You Sunny Elect. and thank you servicemagic for your help

    Couldn't be happier with the job. Our space had no working electricity and we needed lights and outlets installed, nothing fancy. He understood our desire to keep the price low and was able to complete the project almost immediately. His bid was about 1/3 of a competitor's and he did everything above board, including taking out the correct permit and meeting with a city inspector. I would highly, highly recommend him. Professional, fast, and sensitive to our needs and budget.
