Write a ReviewHi There! I'm a busy stay at home mom with a wild 1 year old boy & my husband works full time from home! We really don't have the time or energy to fully clean our house every couple of weeks! That is why we are so thankful every day that we found Sunshine Cleaning! Their customer service is incredible, they make our condo look beautiful & they're always willing to go above & beyond for their customers & employees! Thank you so much Sunshine Cleaning! You really are the only way to clean! Xoxo
Excellent! Enough said!
Great customer service. Came and quoted the move-in cleaning promptly, and did a wonderful job deep cleaning cabinets, closets and toilets (yuck) that the previous owners had left in a terribly dusty, dirty mess. Many thanks!
Phenomenal!
I hired sunshine cleaning for a deep clean of my home. They neglected to clean the office and the basement but have still insisted that I pay the full amount and someone will come by to finish it (it needed to be done at the time of service). Their cleaners showed up several hours late the first day needing to come a second date to finish. The clean was what I would equate to a routine cleaning. I was hoping for something more especially for the cost. The cabinets in the bathroom were not cleaned. I had requested for hard water areas to thoroughly be cleaned, they were not. Carlos had indicated the cleaning would leave surfaces as close to new as possible. This is so far from the truth. I will not use this company again and would not recommend them for service.
I offered them a free washer and dryer when I was moving and the sale of the appliances fell through. They said yes they would come and get them the next morning before my closing of the house and they did not
I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the move in clean. They came out to redo few things, but, over all, it was more like the monthly maintenance cleans I have had in the past - not the deep clean one would expect for a move-in situation. Below is the email that I sent to Carlos, the owner, on March 18th, outlining ALL of the reasons I was dissatisfied with the move-in clean. As of 4/13, I still have not heard back from him regarding how he was going to rectify the situation aside from his initial response of I understand that you have some concerns and I will address them. We are reviewing this internally and will follow up shortly. As the owner of Sunshine Cleaning, I need to investigate this further. I did, however, received incessant texts requesting payment. Here are some of the specific issues (photos were sent of each issue): Dog hair - still on walls, all over the floor of the hall closet. Dog hair all along the back of one of the bedroom doors. The top of EVERY doorway trim was filthy - they hadn't even been touched. The top of the fridge was covered in a layer of dust and grime - it had not even been touched. Four of the kitchen cabinet doors still had dirty fingerprint smudges on the inside of the doors. The baseboards (one of the things I really emphasized when I showed her the house) were still dirty - the cleaners were there while I was on hands and knees washing the baseboards myself b/c they were not done well. The kitchen walls still had food splatters on them. The hallway walls had spatters and dirty on them. There were spider webs along the walls in the kitchen and the back bedroom. The closet shelf in the bedroom was not wiped down. Basically, using that wiper on a stick thing does NOT do a deep clean job. I *know* that dog hair is difficult to remove - that is why I hired someone to do it. Instead of being able to paint the baseboards when I came back to the house, I ended up on my hands and knees scrubbing them myself. The cleaner also said she had never heard of someone wanting the walls wiping down before painting them. I am incredulous that wiping down the walls and cleaning splatters/spots off of them is not considered part of a move-in clean.
My house needed a deep cleaning because it had several years of living to clean and Rosie did a fantastic job.
Quick response.
