Make sure you get everything in writing. They will tell you one thing and then conveniently leave it out of the contract and do the opposite.

Here at Superior Custom Builders we try to please all of our customers. Sometimes no matter how hard you try, no matter what you do, they will never be happy. We follow a very strict contract that you read over with us, and we make sure you understand what it means before you sign it, during the process if there are any unforeseen then those problems have to be addressed and an addendum has to be made to correct it, things are not free and it states that on our contract. We are very sad to see that you were not happy, but we followed everything on your contract that you signed. Thank you for choosing Superior Custom Builders.
