Everyone I worked with was professional and helpful. Vanessa, in the office, was patient and so pleasant to work with. Luis and his teammates did an excellent job removing the asbestos which passed inspection and then returned to remove all the plastic sheeting which protected the house. Thank you all for a job well done.

Plusses: Very fast removal, good price, fast quote, schedule time was small, carefully protected areas and rugs with plastic. Polite workers. Minuses: Couldn't leave phone messages, voice mail box always full. Had to correspond through phone messager. Hatchways acquired some dirty fingerprints. I asked my contractor if they did a good job, and he said they did a good job clearing all the asbestos, but some of the "boxes" were broken, and his team would have to repair/replace.

Horrible experience. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. My contract states that they will bring in a dehumidifier, air scrubber, and negative air filtration. They only brought the air scrubber! I was told I didnt need a dehumidifier. WHAT?! Every video and article I read said you need a dehumidifier. I had to tell them to bring one out; in other words, I had to tell them how to do their job. Then I asked them about the negative air filtration. Once again, I was told it couldnt be done at my location. A few days later, the guy below me has a company doing negative air filtration. I will be seeking to get some of my money back. If they would have done their work properly and ethically, my home wouldnt have the dank smell that it now has.
