This company is AMAZING!!! A+++++service! They are friendly, have great communication and prices are better than any around. My mom’s AC went out on a Friday and they had it fixed the same day. It’s hard to find companies who care about their customers, this company cares and they make sure you are satisfied with the service. They thanked us, followed up to make sure we were happy with the service and offered to come and do maintenance. If you are looking for an outstanding AC/ Heat, plumbing etc, give this team a call! One of our HVAC units wasn’t working on a 90+ degree day. I reached out to a number of companies to set up a repair, but Nate from Superior Heating and Air was the friendliest and most responsive. He was upfront about what things cost, showed up on the same day, fixed our unit, and charged us a fair price. Bonus points for his winning personality and willingness to talk us through options. We had him come back to clean our outdoor units and signed up for the maintenance service package. I highly recommend Nate and his company.

Nate was an amazing tech. He called me within minutes of my Thumbtack request. He assessed my AC/furnace situation and educated me about the amperage requirements, quality of name brands and cost value of repairing versus replacement. He was friendly and worked locally to where I live. His pricing for an AC unit replacement was an incredible value for a quality name brand. Nate said he would be there between 7 and 8 am to diagnose the problem with my HVAC. He promptly showed up at 7 am and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Excellent service and great communication! Highly recommend!!

Nate Stientz was highly responsive, personable, and professional. He patiently walked me through the options, and the work that would need to be done, and answered all my questions. I asked him several times for revised quotes and he responded every time. He was also very flexible in working with me through different payment options and details. Once we finalized the payment, he moved quickly to order the equipment and was able to install the system in one afternoon. The project was completed on time and professionally.
