I was not very pleased with the tech that serviced my home. Because of the quotes that I had gotten on duct cleaning service I was not sure if the price quote was accurate for the market place or not. I was not informed on some of the procedures in the process and so afterward, I was not sure and still am not sure if the duct work was cleaned thoroughly or successfully

They were very timely.

I hired Superior for the repair of my A/C. This was completed to my satisfaction, although I think the pricing is high. I would not hire again, due to lack of communication. An email that I sent was never answered.

All representatives of Superior were polite and helpful. Our new system works just as promised. We were in contact with several companies and Superior was, well, superior.

Prompt arrival, well equiped technician and clear pricing plan. work was completed quickly, and no mess was left behind.

Superior replaced my Evap Coil and capacitor. Paul was professional and courteous. I would recommend Superior to friends.

The job was done and air conditioner is fixed. However, The service was expensive and the guys were not cooperative and not very very clear on what needs to be done. The conditioner checkout was a joke.
