The main office person was incompetent. He would promise and not follow through. Would not return calls, read e-mails, etc. It took 9 weeks after we paid for them to actually install. We had 3 template appointments with different fabricators. 3 counter install dates scheduled before they actually showed up. Communication was HORRIBLE. Very frustrating. The countertops look good. We can hope they hold up. However, the work was finished late on a Saturday. I spoke with the owner that night and informed him of the issues and that we were checking everything (the sink, the dishwasher, the broken spot on the wall) before paying. But on Monday (the first business day after work completion) we were getting dunning e-mails and phone calls. We made the payment and the owner still called all ticked because I said it was unprofessional. Well... it was. He says we got a better deal than we should have and he fired the sales person. Such a shame. He was the one good guy in all of this. This is obviously a small company that is desperate for money and poor customer service starts from the top.

We strive to give our customers the best experience they could possibly have while giving them the best quality outcome on their job that we can. We are a small company and we take pride in how far our customer service has come as we build great relationships with our clients, becoming more than just a client/company relationship but becoming what we would consider good friends with our clients. Again, we apologize for your experience and this is something we work on improving daily.

I went with Suprise Granite because they gave me the best quote and the salesman seemed great. The company they hired to paint my cabinets (Pro Finish Design) was amazing!! I would absolutely recommend them. However, when it came to the counter tops which is what this company does, it was horrible. The people who set up the appointment for measurements was extremely unprofessional. I called at 8am to set up my appointment and they told me they would call me back to let me know if someone could come out that day and I didnt hear from them until 4pm to tell me no one was going to make it. The day my appointment was scheduled the guy showed up an hour late and no one would answer the phone or provide any communication. Once the cabinets were installed they disappeared, again no communication about how long it would take to fabricate or when I could expect to hear from them again. After me calling and becoming upset I was finally given an install date but not a time. When I called the day of the install (today) I was told my stuff may not be ready and they will probably need to reschedule but cant confirm when that will be. Update: 9/21/20 The process of completing the project got very bumpy in the middle and caused quite a few headaches. Once I complained enough and the owner and GM got invloved things went much better. Ultimately I am very happy with the finished product

I hired Josh to install granite in my bathroom in July 2020 and finished in August 2020, after the work was done and paid for my wife noticed that there was a hair line crack in the granite approximately a week later, I called Josh he sent someone out, I still did not like it so I called Josh again, he said he would sent someone out again, 5 months later I still have a problem and now I am getting blamed for the crack,
