Mr. Swaby is a perfectionist. He is very experienced doing many types of projects. He believes in doing the job right the first time. He is a very decent man. He did a variety of projects for our 68-year-old home, which needs some updating. Mr. Swaby remodeled two bathrooms, installed a section of fence to secure our backyard, and he repaired the rotten boards on our tongue and groove porch ceiling. Mr. Swaby cleans up the work area at the end of the day better than he found it. I will definitely recommend him to others and will call on him to do additional projects for us. I found him to be very honest and reliable. He is friendly and made the experience very enjoyable. I wish him well in all of his future endeavors.

Some of the projects that he completed are: He remodeled two bathrooms, which included laying the tile, installing a new vanity and sink, and installing the toilet. He also fixed a leak under the kitchen sink, which a plumber had been unable to do. He replaced a section of fence in the side yard, and he repaired the rotten tongue and groove boards on our side porch ceiling. We found Mr. Swaby to be project oriented and he prided himself in doing the job right the first time. He is very thorough and leaves the work area very clean at the end of each day of work. He is very professional and very friendly. We enjoyed having him come and we shall refer him to other people. We will definitely use him again.

2 out of warranty large blinds were addressed. 1 blind was rehung and operated excellently. The other blind, was although broken, and damaged to the point of needing replacement, was Hand sewn and hooked expertly so that the appearance was almost as new, and provided the privacy and peace of mind, desperately required for an elderly client until it could be replaced. Labor cost was excellent compared to the cost of 5 other companies. I chose a handyman service because many trusted services under 1 company for a home with an elderly relative is essential. The expert care, professional responsiveness, and economy of cost was reassuring. Hire them NOW!
