Everything about this job was frustrating. They were to hook up a new water supply line, but did not. They repaired the two year old line which was there and I had to call them back the next day because of a leak in the line. They had to send another crew out to replace the water line which I had asked to have done the first time and thought I had paid for, but had to pay for again.

The installers were great and the job was done satisfactorily. The only complaint was that the quote was for $400 for installation, but that was only the labor. The actual bill was $535.00, due to materials. I would liked to have known about it ahead of time.

It's been over a week and the job has still not been competed. Calls were not returned. They came out and didn't call when they showed up. They knocked, but I couldn't hear them over my very noisy broken swamp cooler. Now I'm forced to take my business else where. There's alot more to this story, that is the short version. :/

The only note I have is about when we came out and no one answered the door. I can assure you this is not the norm, but like any company sometimes things may fall through the cracks. They called to tell me they would be late as a result of an injury to one of their employees. That's better than most service people. They arrived at the new time and cranked through the install.
