They did a great job and am going to hire them again for move out cleaning.

They did a good job, but I feel they need at least 2 cleaners to be most effective.

Maria was excellent. Was able to get a time within 5 days of calling. We ordered the standard clean and it was very thorough. Would recommend this cleaning service for all of your needs, thanks!

I don't know about all their workers , but if you are lucky enough to get Rhonda. She's a gem!!! It was the 1 time I have had her clean.

Do not let the smooth talk fool you! Owners Stephen and Josh came out to survey our home and assess areas of particular interest before scheduling a house cleaner for the job. On the day of the scheduled cleaning (Thursday), I received a text just minutes before the start of the job to inform me that they were very short-staffed and could not meet the arranged schedule. I was told they could come out the next day (Friday), but was never given a specific time when repeatedly asked. After waiting all morning (Friday), my husband finally called Stephen around 11:30 am to find out what time to expect the cleaner. He was told someone would be out between 1:30 pm and 3:00 pm. When Brandi showed up, she immediately started downstairs (~2500 sq/ft) and was back upstairs within 25 minutes. To make a very Long story short, Brandis work was rushed so she missed major areas we had agreed to with Stephen and Josh. I later found out we were **added** onto Brandis schedule around 12:30 that day. Obviously, we were never scheduled on Friday as Josh indicated. We were only worked into Brandis schedule when my husband contacted them. I was thoroughly disgusted with the quality and amount of work completed. Brandi wiped down areas in my bathroom but did not complete the entire area (floors and rug). Dusting (my main concern) was sub-par across the home and none of my floors upstairs in our bedrooms, kitchen, foyer, library, dining room, 1 and a 1/2 bathrooms were swept, mopped, or vacuumed. When concerns were addressed, I was told the owners did not tell her to do this or that and what I was asking was not standard. The owners had indicated to me what I was requesting was **standard**. After Brandi called Josh to inquire, Josh called me to confirm Brandi would clean missed areas AND he would send over another cleaner to help complete the job. Then Stephen called to say he heard I was not happy so he could plan to have **someone else** come out Monday. Monday? They had already reneged on Thursday, threw us on the schedule for Friday, now he wanted us to wait the entire weekend with so much work left to do! Stephen made no attempt to personally satisfy the deficiencies while the job was open, nor did he honor what Josh had previously promised to send another cleaner to satisfy the issue. He asked me to pay a reduced rate for work already done which I could not determine without a full inspection. Neither he nor Josh was willing to inspect or to provide personal assistance to honor our agreement. After voicing my displeasure with the work done or confidence that I was getting what we agreed to, Stephen decided not to charge me for the rushed job done to that point and offered to reschedule for Monday. I impressed upon him that I was not vying for a *free* job or I would not have contracted with a cleaning service; I simply wanted a basic cleaning with attention to detail that every customer deserves. Needless to say, I was disenchanted with the services all the way around. My husband called Stephen to reschedule for Monday and he refused to state how much money he lost on Friday. The customer service was the worst! Booking with them was a colossal waste of time and full of disappointments. Integrity and follow-through are key ingredients to good business. In this case, customer satisfaction was wholly lacking!
