Our central air was out. A handy man came out before this company, and put in too much freon and crashed our system. The Swift Air Co employee named Ramsey was professional and got everything working within 3 hours. He saved us a ton of money. The next day he followed up to see how we were doing. 5 Stars for these guys. You won't go wrong with Swift Air-Co. Ask for Ramsey.

My initial review was a positive one, however when A/C failed again after adding 9 lbs of Puron @ 40.00 per lb. (average is 27.00) he admitted not using leak detector, just soap/bubble to check for leak. Using detector (on second visit) there was a very obvious leak at the valves. He said he would get info. on unit and call for parts. He left without doing so and I had to text him the part information. Now he wants another 350.00 for parts, labor (vacuum the line??- there is no Puron left in the compressor???) I know I need to pay for parts, but why should I pay him for time and additional Puron when he didn't even do proper leak check on initial visit? The initial bill was 559.65! When I requested a price reduction for the additional visit he will not text or call me back. Not cool man - literally!
Response by Swift Air Co., LLC: Ms.G,We went the extra mile for you by doing a lengthy leak check, a pressure test that held for almost an hour, replaced your capacitor, and then charged the system. All the refrigerant was gone out of the system, that is why we used nitrogen pressure and soap bubbles. Explaining that to you and "Admitting" are completely different things. $40/lb for R410a is a deal, anyone that has ever purchased any type of refrigerant knows that. We spent over 4hrs to do a thorough job and didn't charge you for a leak check which is anywhere from $250-$600. As for the model info, we had that-being polite when you text it and saying thanks doesn't mean we didn't have it. We gave you a deeply discounted price to replace the valves/recharge/etc (Our cost was $200/ offered for $350) quickly and you said you didn't have $ for the repair and would get back to us. We came back out and spent hours to vacuum (this is mandatory if the system has been 'opened'), recharged your system a 2nd time w 9lbs and tried to seal your service valves as best as possible for FREE. I am sorry that you feel that way, but if you are going to leave a review good or bad at least be transparent about what was done, why, and for how much. The 2nd visit and subsequent repair were free...that is the largest discount you can receive. We are honest and do our best to take care of all our customers.
