I cannot be more satisfied with the service that TCI Engineered Systems provided. From the very first phone call to the completed job, they were the consummate professionals, answering patiently every question, always responding to every call and email promptly, following up with complete answers and detail, and being fair in their pricing. Gabriel and Bobby did an exceptional job in every aspect of the system design and installation. They even went beyond the scope of the work they agreed to do, always having a positive and constructive approach to every request. I interviewed several companies before I chose to go with TCI, and they were by far the best I found. I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them highly to anyone. They are honest and I felt their advice was always in my best interests instead of trying to sell me something more than I needed, or convincing me to do something that was unnecessary.

I?m very happy with my outdoor surveillance system. Ivan, the installer was great to work with and I?ve had to call him a few times with questions. He?s been really helpful and responsive. Initially, the number of security notifications we received after installing the system was overwhelming because we go in and out of the house frequently so we decided to silence the notifications during the day when we are home and turn them back on at night before we go to bed or when we leave the house. There is also a strobe light option (blue and red flashing lights that go on when someone approaches the house or walks along the sidewalk in front of our home). The lights are bright so we turn them off during the day and activate them at night before we go to bed. Haven?t had to retrieve any video footage as of yet. We are pleased with the quality of the camera footage and service provided by TC Engineering . Just wish the system came with a quick reference manual with basic instructions.

Contacted TCI to install security cameras at the guest house of my property. Really good people - Ivan?s a cool dude. I Have them coming back down to install more cameras at my office & other property. If you want trusted work - I recommend reaching out. Straight to business.

Overall great experience. I've worked with many security companies and this one was by far the best. Super responsive and accommodating. The quality of the work and cameras is fantastic. We just installed a security system at one of our commercial centers and we will be using them for our other centers as well.

I got exactly what I ordered! No time wasted! I sent pics along with my main concerns and TCI set up a state-of-the-art surveillance camera (reasonable cost). They didn't try to upsell me on setting up additional cameras. I feel I got my money's worth and the app is user friendly and I'm not paying any hidden fees or monthly fees and I love that I'm able to watch the alley at my rental property! Great communication, excellent customer service and I'm looking forward to inviting TCI to set up security cams at my own personal property too!

Tci was responsive, and their work was quality. I had had two other people come out over the years for quotes and their suggestions just made me decide not to even go forward. I decided to try one more time and I'm glad I did! They had great solutions for difficult problems and the primary installer was fantastic. Good communicator a good problem solver, very respectful of my space.

TCI installed camera systems in two large apartment complexes which we manage. The systems work great and it is a pleasure working with Gabe and his entire staff.

Excellent Business and Residential Security systems

Gabe is professional, prompt, and a genuine nice person. The reviews are real; this company is really this good! Generally speaking, once you have hired A/V companies, and they have your deposit, the work becomes secondary and service becomes non existent. This is absolutely NOT the case with TCI. Gabe is better than the reviews. I have already referred his company numerous times.
