After checking Yelp reviews, we contacted Gabriel at TCI Engineered Systems for a quote to add a camera and a Floodlight/Motion Sensor to a blind side of our house. We new the NVR would also have to be replaced because we already had it maxed out with 8 cameras. Gabriel was very detailed when asking questions on the phone about exactly what we needed. Within hours he e-mailed a written proposal and we decided to go forward with it. A few days later he and his guys installed the system and everything was running great. Gabriel was extremely patient in answering all the questions that us non-technical people had in how to operate the system. He even quickly answered some texts that I had sent him with questions. We were so pleased with the quality of the camera that they installed that we had them come back and upgrade 3 of our existing cameras. The new cameras cover much more area than our old cameras, have much better night vision and also have audio. Once again, Gabriel and his guys were all extremely nice and friendly and the job was done quickly. TCI Engineered Systems has excellent customer service and we highly recommended them!

I have, unfortunately, dealt with several different security companies in the past who just did not do what they said they would. I can say TCI went above and beyond what they agreed to do. Their work is impeccable and their desire for perfect customer service is obvious. I cannot stress enough how happy I am I hired TCI to repair/update our security system. The only issue I have is not having the ability to rate TCI higher than 5 stars. Hire TCI. You will not be disappointed.

TCI has been responsive when called both for quotation, installation and follow up support. Options were clearly presented leading up to successful installation.

First I'd like to say that I wish they still did low voltage and programming entertainment systems far more important to me than cameras. If they're not going to service low voltage issues as an upgrades programming Etc they probably should pull down those pictures and if any advertisement for it. I truly believe they are a great company and should have a division devoted to low voltage installations and implementation. That being said it was time for me to upgrade my cameras after about 4 to 5 years of use I had Dome cameras and the sunlight had demolished the Dome lens. So as usual I gave TCI a call and spoke with Gabriel about my options and the installation is complete with multiple new cameras that not only see at night but in color with vehicle and foot traffic video AI recognition of vehicles and foot traffic. It took a little longer than I thought it would because there was an issue and Gabriel ironed it out it was an infrared issue and he resolved it. Mind you all this was done at a very fair price but not lacking in quality and great workmanship by the guys that came out and did the installation always paying attention to make sure you the customer are happy. You don't see that much more in companies these days I just wish they could expand to handle more work and also get back into low voltage to help make it a One-Stop shop for your local voltage needs. The company they recommended for my low voltage work to be done I had used before and it was a nightmare and the owner was a jerk to say the least so I hope they do not refer to that company anymore the problem is low voltage and entertainment set up companies are hard to find especially ones that are worth anything and don't cost you a fortune for the smallest of things. Arrived on-time, removed my old surveillance system, and installed a new 4K system in around 4 hours! Made sure everything was set up correctly and reviewed the operation and capabilities with me. I would have them come back again. I recommend this company!

I highly recommend this company. The installers were all work, no playing around, everything was done in a professional manner starting with Gabriel who showed up on time and made many helpful recommendations. This was an eight camera project in a twenty unit apartment building and we now have monitoring in all areas of concern. The project took longer than expected and the crew, including Gabriel stayed until 7:00 to finish it. I look forward to having TCI install monitoring in my home in the near future.
