Peter came out to provide an estimate and I thought that was very professional, as other services simply provided a quote over the phone without seeing the house. The cleaning people are very good and they do a very complete job. My only issue with the company is communication when leaving messages, as they are not very good with returning messages.

They did a very good job on the tile in the bathroom but didn't clean the face of the oven/broiler. I had told them that the oven was self-cleaning but I didn't mean that the outside of the oven was self-cleaning. Also, the owner forgot that he said he'd call me with the time that the cleaners would be at the apartment.

All they do is spot cleaning. They do not move things, just dust around them. They never dust the ceiling fans. They never clean above the fridge. The overall dusting is very poor. They don't dust picture frames. They vacuum well, that is about it. They don't clean blinds. For there price, you could find a better home cleaner. I still use them because I haven't found the time to interview new home cleaner.

I used this service twice & plan to continue. The ladies were nice, efficient & did a good job. Overall I am pleased.

It was a pleasure to come home after work to a clean fresh smelling house. The ladies did a terrific job in the kitchen, bathrooms, and all other areas of the house.
