This is the 3rd service I've hired and they are by far the best. Everything was spotless and I even left a test for them and they passed. I was very pleasantly surprised and I would recommend them to anyone that wants a very clean house.

Natalie and Agnes were wonderful! They were prompt and efficient and did a fabulous job! Peter was also very helpful. He was thorough in his explanation of the company and went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied. We are looking forward to our next cleaning! Wednesdays are now my favorite day of the week.

The first cleaning was great, but the second was terrible. They were in and out in a little over an hour and what they did was really quite pitiful. I should have been suspicious when the manager refused to give me a list of what I could expect them to do! There were problems in the bathrooms, the bedroom and the kitchen. What a disappointment!

We are very sorry to hear the customer feels this way about our service, as a first time customer, the first cleaning ALWAYS takes 20 to 45 minutes longer simply because our cleaning crew needs to learn the homes layout, system, and what needs to be done in each particular home. This means our first cleaning can be considered a DEEP cleaning, and all cleanings that follow is to maintain your clean home. As far as a list of what to expect we do not provide a copy because each home is different and that's why we provide our free personal in home estimates. You can also refer to our web page for what is considered a standard cleaning which was explained when the estimate was done. To our HUGE surprise, trying to resolve this issue, the customer wouldn't allow a moment of our time to possibly provide them with the best solution, (such as 50 percent off their next cleaning or something similar). This couple preferred to yell and scream and simply hang up instead of letting us provide answers and solutions. We encourage you as a potential customer to refer to our many excellent and outstanding reviews over the last 20 years provided here, on HomeAdvisor.

Ladies were very polite service was speedy. I would like to have had a little more detail to corners on bathroom floors. I wanted the couch and chair vacuumed also. Overall the service was satisfactory.
