They are very good, very thorough, very impressed with the owner, Peter. Kept the appointments (little early), follows up very well, and they are the best cleaning company we've ever had. I would recommend them.

Very accommodating and they called and confirmed the night before, and were prompt and the house looked and smelled wonderful - both girls did a great job cleaning. Variety of options as to whether to supply own products/equipment or use theirs. It's great since I didn't want existing cleaning supplies to go to waste. It's hard to keep the house clean with 2 younger boys and working long hours, so this is one investment that is worthwhile.

I wasn't told there was going to be a $30.00 first time fee. When they were done, the cost was supposed to be $130.00 but the girl told me $160.00. We called the man and he said he was 100% sure he told me and wrote it on the paper. Problem was I never received a copy of that paper and he never told me. I will never use this service or recommend them to anyone. My floor were streaked from use of a dirty mop. My basement looks like it wasn't cleaned at all (and it really needed it). The wood was streaked from too much cleaning product. Girls were nice but definitely in a hurry.

THE ENTIRE REVIEW IS ONE BIG LIE! Customer tried to pay less.During every estimate, price is explained to the customer, point by point, and if the customer asks for a copy of the estimate, it is always provided. In addition, a copy of the entire estimate is provided to the cleaning crew for the first cleaning (3 hrs. this house) This customer clearly recalled our ''THANK YOU CLEANING"- always 50% OFF, but CAN'T remember first time charge !?? Review is negative because they simply DID NOT want to pay and it didn't work. ONE BAD APPLE can spoil the whole bunch. This customer is a clear example of this. Please check the rest of our reviews.

I'm very particular and detail oriented so I notice everything. I had gone through several trails with other cleaning companies before hiring TE-SA for our bi weekly cleanings. The only negative is their timliness. They have shown up shortly after their time window closed, and most recently, 2 hours befofe it opened. I suppose this is not an issue should you not be home during your scheduled cleaning time, but I have achild at home with our caregiver. Otherwise, everyone is nice, professional, and they get the job done.

On their first cleaning they did an excellent job. They moved the furniture and vacuumed under it and washed all of the window sills. We are set up to use them bi-weekly.
