TE-SA Housekeeping Service

My first time using TE-SA and I was very happy with the thoroughness of their cleaning.

Good value and great service!

I wasn't told there was going to be a $30.00 first time fee. When they were done, the cost was supposed to be $130.00 but the girl told me $160.00. We called the man and he said he was 100% sure he told me and wrote it on the paper. Problem was I never received a copy of that paper and he never told me. I will never use this service or recommend them to anyone. My floor were streaked from use of a dirty mop. My basement looks like it wasn't cleaned at all (and it really needed it). The wood was streaked from too much cleaning product. Girls were nice but definitely in a hurry.

I'm very particular and detail oriented so I notice everything. I had gone through several trails with other cleaning companies before hiring TE-SA for our bi weekly cleanings. The only negative is their timliness. They have shown up shortly after their time window closed, and most recently, 2 hours befofe it opened. I suppose this is not an issue should you not be home during your scheduled cleaning time, but I have achild at home with our caregiver. Otherwise, everyone is nice, professional, and they get the job done.

Excellent service from Peter! Cleaning service was well done for an initial visit--worked extremely hard and got through entire ! house!

On their first cleaning they did an excellent job. They moved the furniture and vacuumed under it and washed all of the window sills. We are set up to use them bi-weekly.

After 2 missed meetings and other delays finally had house cleaned. Women did a good job. Peter has been inconsistent in customer service. He has made it abundantly clear that we are low priority because we only want once monthly cleaning.

I will use them again.

Peter was ver professional, reponded quickly and gave a very fair quote for the service, compared to the 4 other quotes I got. The girls came for the first time today and It was amazing! They were polite, and did a fabulous job. I will make a few reccomendations for a little extra attention on a few things they missed, but all in al a very positive experience so far.

The company has come out to clean twice and We are very satisfied. Three girls come and clean the house in abt 3hrs. Very organize and open to suggestions.
