Very neat and efficient but a little more expensive than I wanted to pay. I did not get a receipt and would have liked to one.

I am Sorry you felt we were expensive. We were actually at the bottom line number of $500 compared to the national average of $1500 per remediation. Painting rates are $3 per sq ft per national averages. The rate you were charged was $2 per sq ft. We gave you a great deal as this service would normally cost $1500 for mold remediation and $300 for painting. Instead of paying $1800 you paid $700. I am not sure we could do better than this and still maintain a profitable business dynamic. Nonetheless, we apologize for your displeasure with our pricing.

This contractor knows his work and provided suggestions as well as completed the job in the days he said. Contractor is very precise with measurements and very detail and serious with the work. My neighbors marveled at the completed job. I would use this contractor on other home improvements
