Tom is a professional. Good crew! They worked like a seasoned crew or a well oiled machine. We asked them to do some tasks that were not part of the original request and they did it without hesitation, push back, or discussion of extra cost. These guys were great! They were on time, worked quickly, and cleaned up!!!

Because he climbed a live oak that was growing near the dead elm, it got diseased and ultimately died as result. Right now the other oak trees are dormant and unable to tell if those trees were affected.

Pat was informed of the risks of climbing the oak tree and gave consent to do so, knowing TNT would not be held responsible if disease set in was on the contract. Job was completed pat was happy and gave TNT a 5 star rating. After the tree died 6 months later he requested the tree be taken down for free, and changed his rating. We turned down the opportunity to work for free. TNT strives to keep every single customer happy but could not stay in business if we took down trees for free. Thank you, Tom w.

Tom, the owner walked the property with me, and made sure that I was satisfied with the completed work and cleanup. One spot was not to my liking and he immediately had it redone as he was not satisfied either. Very professional, good job removing a maple tree and 5 bushes. They were very careful around my sprinklers and nothing was damaged. A great value for the money!
