The movers are a couple of guys very eager to work and customer service oriented.

The movers caused a lot of damage to property. They worked hard but were late so was in a rush for another move. This caused them to be careless. Dent in wall with scratches in floor. Ripped brand new linoleum floor and went to put in draws in dresser pieces of the moving systems all broken. Said they would send three people and only two came. Lots of promises but did not even take the tape off the furniture.

I moved from a 2 bedroom apartment to a 3 bedroom house. I requested two men and a truck, anticipating that the job would not take long. However the job took 7 hours which was tooooo long. They did not wrap the bedroom furniture. In light of that, there are several scratches on the furniture. In addition, a night stand tumbled down concrete steps and is scratched and broken. I had several boxes labeled to go to different areas of my home but they were not moved to the designated areas. After the move I received the final bill but refused to sign it until I spoke to a manager. The movers left my home then came back to tell me my card was declined and the police would be coming over because it was considered as theft by taking. The card that was used is no longer active which is why it was declined. I had every intention of paying I just did not agree with the price and the poor handling of my furniture and wanted to speak to management. After speaking with a young lady name Sharon and expressing my concerns she took 2 hours off the job and credited my card for the initial deposit. She also stated that she would send the movers back to move my boxes as well as have someone come out and repair my furniture. The next day Sharon sent two young men to move my boxes. Errick Genous and Marquis Page where their names. They were professional, friendly and moved the boxes very quickly. If they were the initial movers, I believe my move would have turned out much better. Thank you Errick and Marquis. Sharon thank you for working with me to address my concerns. I appreciate your care and understanding. I look forward to working with you on the repair of my furniture.

The workers were very professional and efficient. However, I was quoted a 1 hour min to move a safe and after they moved it they changed the price to 2 hour min and are now demanding amount due as 318.00 vice the 159.00 they originally quoted over the phone. This is a bait and switch buyer beware.

Worst experience ever. Customer service was a joke. The showed up with only 1 truck & 2 people. Paid for 2 trucks & 4 people. Got stuck in the ditch outside of my house because they missed the driveway (for 3 hours) then refused to refund my deposit after I would not let them do my move. They did not have any blankets or things to wrap furniture. Had 1 hand truck.
Response by Taggabox Moving & Storage: Anna- We tried to help you last minute because the mover who you previously hired cancelled. Our movers showed up at the scheduled time for your move. There was a gate without a number next to your home and the movers mistakenly parked in your neighbor's driveway. It was raining and the back wheel of the truck got stuck. We had to wait for roadside assistance to remove the truck. You called the office and stated that the movers were not allowed in your home. Therefore, your $99 deposit was not refundable. We require 48 hours for cancellation. The movers were willing to move you but you refused. You were on a budget and we offered you a flat rate for your move which included one truck.

PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! This is the worse moving company ever here in Marietta, GA. This is not a professional moving company. They did not care about the customers belongings. Just about half of my things were damage along with the walls. They have cause more damages than the cost of the move. They do not provide protection as promised. You will be better off getting some guys off the street to move you. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

You were informed that you would be contacted to schedule a date for the repairs. This was sent to you in the form of an email. The damages were sustained because the 120 blankets that were supplied for your move was insufficient to protect the additional items that were not shown to us on the day we visited your home to provide you with an estimate. Providing the mover with a correct inventory listing of the items to be moved and informing the estimator of all the rooms in your home including the basement will allow them to provide the correct equipment, products and supplies necessary for a successful move. Again, we regret that there were damages and endeavor to make the necessary repairs to your satisfaction. Sharon

I had scheduled my move for June, but changed it online to 5/28 and received confirmation for the move. On 5/28 I called them about 7:45 am as I had not heard from them and was scheduled for 8 am. I was informed that they were closed, so had to reschedule for 5/29 at 9 am. On 5/29 I saw I got an email changing my time from 9 am to 2 pm (they did not call to reschedule, just emailed that they would be coming at 2 instead of 9). When I called to question the change, the lady who answered the phone was somewhat rude and kept cutting me off. Finally when I asked her to let me finish talking she asked me to hold on and brought someone else to the phone. This lady was nicer and apologized that no one called to communicate the change to me. She did find a crew to come out around 9:30 for my move. The moving crew was very nice and professional. They handled all of my stuff very well.

We do our best to work with our customers to satisfy the changes necessary for their move. On May 27 you rescheduled your move for June 4 and then May 28, 2018 at 8:00am. On Memorial Day, May 28, 2018 we were closed for the holiday. We explained that we were closed and that our movers were off for the holiday. We offered to move you on May 29 at 9:00am but later realized that the time conflicted with a confirmed move for another customer. As a result, we rescheduled the time for 2:00pm and notified you via e-mail. However, we were able to accommodate your move between 9:00am-10:00am.

They did a good job in moving the items and they wrapped and protected the heavy items and fragile ones. They helped in connecting and setup of the washer and dryer also. I would definitely recommend them.

Arrived several hours late after looking for a driver. Didn't wrap furniture for protection.
