    Rodney Tavano and his team were very professional and did a great job installing heat pump / mini splits in my house. I would definitely recommend their services and will be using them for any heating/cooling related work in the future.

    Twice in the first year, the new and expensive A/C died. The 2nd time was right after the annual maintenance. I called his cell at 6 PM and again later. There was no response -- ever. Plus the installation caused a soldering hole in the drip pan -- a drip pan with a hole is useless. Had another vendor not come out immediately, I might be looking at a new ceiling. Lesson learned: don't go with someone who can't or won't provide service in emergencies.
