* TERRIBLE SERVICE * DO NOT USE * Ryan was initially great with communication and clearly wanted my business. Sadly, he plowed once and I knew right away his work would not get me through the winter. I told him I would pay for the time he did plow, but wanted the rest of my money back. He agreed and assured me he would refund me - and then he disappeared! Don't make this same mistake I did; DO NOT USE TEAM LOYALTY!!!

I hired Ryan to remove the snow from my premises this winter it was by contract which was paid for in full in October. He told me that my driveway would be shoveled in the morning hours so I was able to get out and go to work the very first time it snowed was a Sunday he came later in the evening after I had called him numerous times to find out when he was going to be here. After he had finished I had to go out and do clean up after him to get all the snow off of my driveway which I'm not supposed to be doing. The second time he came he did maybe half of the driveway and called it a day, and that was the end of it he is not returned since told me he would refund me my money cuz he was in the wrong and now I cannot get a hold of him if I could rate these guys a zero I absolutely would I do not recommend this business to anybody buyer beware

They were very professional and quoted me a fair price for the work and they did a great job I would certainly hire them again and recommend the company to others The job was done in a timely manner

The workers were very respectful and on time. The job was done in a neat and timely manner.
