Project: Clean and Seal Decks, Fences, Patios, Drives, or Porches
The ladies did a fine job. They cleaned and stained our deck. They were thorough and professional. They also painted our kitchen. It looks great. We were completely satisfied with there work.

Laura and her co-worker treated and stained our 25 year old deck so that it looks brand new. They knew exactly what needed to be done, they were delightful to be with and work with, and we could not be happier with them or their work.

Left paint on my Floors that I had to scrap and clean up, also on a rug that I couldn't get out. She was to paint the doors in my house. Caulk all the cracks(didn't do all of them) prime and paint all doors white. told me it would dry darker and cover the dark wood below and almost every door is going to have to be painting with one more coat like I asked her about. seemed more interested in leaving the second day when she had guests at her home than finishing the job as a professional would to get the job done right. I paid the full amount even though the quote was for 12 to 13 doors and they only did 10 doors. she didn't offer a deduct and she knew I was unhappy at the end of the job cause I could still see they needed one more coat but she tried talking me out of it needing to be done.
Response by Tessera Painting: Although we put a coat of primer and three coats of paint on his doors he was obviously not happy. We could not put another coat if paint on that day because they were not dry. We offered to come back the next day and put another coat on them (at no charge) but he said they were fine. If in fact there was paint on the floor and rug a simple phone call was all it would have taken for us to come out and take care of it. Since he was not happy with any of the contractors that have worked on his remodeling project I think he was just one if those people that are impossible to please. Again, a phone call and we would have taken care of this.
