I hired Terminal Cleaning Solutions for a "move out" cleaning of a 3,400 sq ft home. John was extremely professional and was able to schedule me quickly. John sent Michelle and Veleria to my home and they did a great job. They took their time and paid attention to detail. They addressed all the kitchen and bathroom cabinets and drawers (inside and out), all the window sills were cleaned well, and all the bathrooms were left spotless. In addition, the company communicated any issues they ran into while they were on the job. All in all, Terminal Cleaning Solutions delivered a high level of customer service and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a residential or commercial cleaning company.

John and Pierot were understanding and very professional in the handling of my situation, where after driving an hour to arrive at my house, they found out the guy paying for the cleaning (responsible for the mess in my house) decided not to reimburse me for the cleaning payment. After already setting up and beginning to clean, and then hearing my situation, John and Pierot simply said that they understand and that they were going to give me a refund for my payment. Then, 10 minutes later, after working the situation out with the guy paying for my cleaning, John and Pierot were willing to unpack their equipment again and complete the house cleaning, and they did a fantastic job of removing a ton of dust and debris in the entire house. Every plant, book, picture frame, pillow and other surface was wiped down and vacuumed. It would have taken any other company 4 people to do what these guys did, in the same amount of time. Couldn't give a higher recommendation to these guys for their professionalism and for the work.
