Mr. Shimmel was very accommodating to our schedule as we needed a repair to our rim joist prior to installation of a new deck. He was very knowledgeable and courteous and completed the job in a proficient and professional manner. The final cost was very reasonable, and we would hire him again for any projects that we may have in the future.

They worked very quickly (much quicker than I'm able to) and were patient given the situation (having to wait for the plumber, who showed up late, to move pipes). Compared to other quotes, they came in as much as 50% more expensive and as much as 70% less expensive than others. My only complaint is their reciprocating saw blade(s) scored a good floor joist while removing/replacing an adjacent top plate.

Very impressed with this company's work and pricing. Come to give initial estimate right away. Courteous and professional. Wood rot project was a 6 hour job and we were very satisfied with outcome and wood rot problem was repaired completely. Owner is conscientious about his work and cleaned up afterwards. Owner thinks outside box when it comes to alternative strategies to resolve problem the best way. Will definitely call and/or refer this company again.
