He came out and did the carpets and the air ducts. I've been in here ten years and have not cleaned the air ducts. I was pretty pleased, all the air ducts and everything was cleaned. I was pleased. I got a bid from another guy and right off the top he was about $150 more. The owner came to the place, and I'm sure that made a difference. Neighbor came over and he got another job on the same street.
